It’s Verizon I’m Despizin’
A new month, a new cell phone bill. I have previously opened up a “trouble ticket” with Verizon because all my incoming calls show up as if I were talking to voicemail for half an hour. Last week they said the problem should be fixed but in fact it’s a little worse than before:
- indeed, they superficially fixed the problem and now it looks like I get all incoming calls from my own phone number instead of voicemail
- the “new billing system” charged me $400 since it for some reason did not use any of my nights&weekend or IN minutes.
I suppose I am one of the very few people using the “North America’s Choice Plan” in Canada all the time, and that not too many people are subjected to this idiocracy. Hopefully it will be resolved soon, and I even have been able to email a few of my previous customer service reps which hopefully should speed things up.
